At Source 1 Automotive The health and safety of our Customers and employees are a top priority, and our thoughts are with those impacted by the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) global pandemic. Since it first surfaced, our teams have been monitoring the situation closely and taking every precaution to keep our Customers, employees, and our community safe.

With the effects of the outbreak being felt more each day, we wanted to reach out and share what we have been doing so you can continue to have your vehicle serviced with confidence.

• Our office and waiting areas are cleaned and disinfected daily, Lysol is used on all touched surfaces after a customer comes and goes and we recently increased the frequency of cleaning throughout the day with a focus on high traffic areas and our technicians will from this point forward only be handling vehicles with gloves and seat covers.

• We're encouraging all employees to take common-sense health precautions recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), such as frequent hand washing or using alcohol-based hand sanitizer with at least 60 percent alcohol to stay healthy.

A couple things we can assist with specific to our business if you are concerned with contracting the COVID-19 virus:

We offer a “ night drop “ option. Where you would not have to enter the building to drop your vehicle off. This is normally only utilized after hours but could easily be used during the day as long as the customer lets us know that is what they are going to do.

We have a shuttle service available within 5 miles so you do not have to remain in the building if you choose not to.

Our shop management system allows us to communicate via text and email to stay off the phones as much as possible.

We can also do payment over the phone and lock out services as well.

So we can offer a completely contact free experience if you so chose.
